This "unbearable" event is a unique opportunity to show your bravery as you support local Special Olympics athletes by walking, running or crawling into the frigid winter waters that Missouri has to offer.

With the current state of COVID-19 in Minnesota and restrictions on large gatherings and events, and after careful discussions with our local event committees, we have made the decision to reschedule our in-person Plunge events. There’s still time to Plunge! The Polar Plunge is a series of events where people go to the extreme to support Special Olympics Minnesota. In 2021, there are two awesome ways to Plunge!
